4. Compilare il learning agreement

5. Ritirare i documenti prima della partenza

6. Inserire nella propria Area Riservata le coordinate bancarie per l'accredito della borsa di studio sul conto corrente.

7. Compilare unicamente online il Test iniziale OLS che verrà richiesto via email dalla Commissione Europea direttamente al partecipante prima dell'inizio del periodo di mobilità

8. Scaricare e leggere attentamente il Promemoria dopo partenza o consultare la pagina Durante la mobilità

4. Complete your Learning Agreement

5. Pick up important documents

6. Put your bank details in your Area Riservata (Home > Anagrafica > Inserire/Modificare dati rimborsi) thus inserting your IBAN Code of the of the Italian Bank Account where you would prefer to receive your scholarship.
This procedure is valid ONLY for Italian Bank Account.

7. Fill out online the Initial OLS Test which will be requested by the European Commission via an email to the participant before the beginning of the mobility period

8. Dowload and read carefully the Memorandum after departure or visit Durante la mobilità

Se sei stato selezionato per una delle sedi di destinazione previste dalla tua Area Erasmus dovrai:

1. ACCETTARE il periodo di mobilità assegnato tra il 12 e il 19 aprile 2019, ore 13 tramite form online.

2. ISCRIVERTI autonomamente all’università ospitante e richiedere l’alloggio secondo le indicazioni e le scadenze previste.
Dopo l'accettazione del periodo comunicheremo il tuo nominativo all’università ospitante.

Verifica subito la scadenza per l’iscrizione della tua università di destinazione, consultando il suo sito internet: in molti casi per chi parte nel primo semestre o intero anno accademico la scadenza è molto ravvicinata.

3. INFORMARTI autonomamente sulle regole d’ingresso nel Paese ospitante, rivolgendoti per tempo alle relative rappresentanze diplomatiche (ambasciate e consolati) in Italia.
Fai particolare attenzione a queste regole se sei uno studente non comunitario.

4. CONTATTARE il Delegato della tua Area Erasmus per concordare il learning agreement / learning agreement per mobilità in Svizzera.
Compila una copia del learning agreement seguendo le indicazioni riportate sul modulo stesso.
Firmala, falla firmare dal Delegato Erasmus e consegnala all’Ufficio Mobilità internazionale:

5. RITIRARE i documenti prima della partenza
Almeno una settimana prima di partire dovrai presentati presso l’Ufficio Mobilità internazionale per sottoscrivere l’Accordo di mobilità e ritirare i documenti necessari alla partenza.
Qualche giorno prima di presentarti dovrai comunicare all’Ufficio Mobilità internazionale le date previste di inizio e fine del tuo periodo di mobilità, secondo il calendario accademico dell’Università ospitante
 

Those who have been assigned a study period at a Host Institution must:

1. ACCEPT the mobility period via the online form, specifically during the enrollment period (12-19 April, 1pm) 

2. ENROL at the Host Institution and apply for accommodation, following the instructions and deadlines of your Host Institution.
After having accepted the Erasmus study period, the Erasmus Office will send your data to the Host Institution.

Check the deadline for applications of your host Institution (deadlines can be found on their University website): the deadline is often very urgent for students who are going for the first semester or the entire academic year abroad.

3. CHECK your permit of stay and eligibility for health insurance in the host country.
Get information about entry requirements and the regulations in the host country by contacting the diplomatic offices (embassies and consulates) in Italy. Pay particular attention to these rules if you are from outside the European Union.

4. COMPLETE your Learning Agreement / learning agreement for mobilities in Switzerland by contacting your Erasmus Academic Coordinator.
Fill in a copy of it following the instructions on the document itself.
Sign it yourself, then get it signed by your Erasmus Coordinator and deliver it to the Erasmus Office:

• by July 5th, 2019 if you intend to spend the first semester or the whole academic year abroad
• by November 22nd, 2019 if you intend to spend only the second semester abroad. 


5. IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS  before departure
Come to the Erasmus Office at least one week before your departure to sign the Erasmus agreement and pick up all the important Erasmus documents you will need during your year abroad.
