Entro i 30 giorni successivi al termine del periodo Erasmus, e comunque entro il 30 settembre presentati presso il Servizio Relazioni internazionali – Mobilità internazionale per consegnare la copia ORIGINALE dei seguenti documenti:

- Attestazione del periodo di studio completa di date di inizio e termine del periodo Erasmus, timbro e firma dell'Università ospitante.

- Transcript of records (certificato dei voti), completo di tutti gli esami svolti, della relativa votazione e dei crediti conseguiti o certificato di ricerca tesi (thesis activity certificate).
Per indicazioni sul rilascio dei certificati visita la pagina DURANTE LA MOBILITA'.

- Learning agreement iniziale (firmato in originale dall'Università ospitante) ed eventuali variazioni al learning agreement (firmate in originale dall'università ospitante) compilate durante il periodo Erasmus.


ATTENZIONE!
Ricorda che i documenti elencati sono indispensabili per il riconoscimento del periodo Erasmus, e che la mancata consegna può comportare la perdita al diritto alla borsa di mobilità.

Inoltre, dovrai compilare unicamente online:

• Participant Report - EU Survey (l’invito per la compilazione viene inviato via mail direttamente dalla Commissione Europea)
• Test Finale OLS (per chi avrà avuto l’assegnazione del test iniziale) che verrà richiesto via mail dalla Commissione Europea direttamente al partecipante dopo la fine della mobilità




Dopo aver consegnato tutti i documenti, il Servizio Relazioni internazionali – Mobilità internazionale, li controllerà e li invierà al Delegato Erasmus di Facoltà che si occuperà del riconoscimento delle attività svolte all'estero.
Contatta il tuo Delegato Erasmus di Facoltà per concordare gli esami/le attività da convalidare.

ATTENZIONE!
Ricorda che non sarà possibile laurearsi prima di aver concluso il periodo di mobilità e prima di avere ottenuto il riconoscimento dell’attività svolta all'estero. Se intendi laurearti poco dopo il rientro in Italia dovrai dunque concludere il periodo di mobilità almeno un mese prima della data di laurea prevista, ed informarne per tempo il Servizio Relazioni internazionali -  Mobilità internazionale e il Delegato Erasmus competente.

1.Handing in final documentation

Within 30 days of the end of your Erasmus period, or before the 30th of September, you must come to the Servizio Relazioni Internazionali – Mobilità Internazionale in order to hand in the ORIGINAL versions of the following documents:
- The CERTIFICATE of your Erasmus Period complete with the start and dates of your time abroad and the stamp and signature of the Host University.
- The TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS complete with all the exams you have taken, all the marks given and all the credits awarded OR a thesis activity certificate. For information on how to obtain the certificates correctly, visit the page “DURANTE LA MOBILITA’”.
- The ORIGINAL LEARNING AGREEMENT (with the original signature of the Host University and any changes made to the agreement during the Erasmus period (with the original signature of the Host University).

IMPORTANT!
Remember that the documents listed here are fundamental to the academic recognition of the Erasmus period and if any one of them are missing, this could lead to the loss of  your Erasmus study grant.

You must also fill out the following documents online:

• The Participant Report - EU Survey (the invitation to complete this survey will be sent directly from the European Commission via email)

• The Final OLS Test (for those who completed the initial test) which will be requested by the European Commission via an email to the participant once their mobility period has terminated





After you have handed in all the documents, the Servizio Relazioni Internazionali – Mobilità Internazionali will check them and send them to your Erasmus coordinator who will manage the academic recognition of the study period abroad. Contact your Erasmus Coordinator to confirm the recognition of your chosen modules and exams taken.

IMPORTANT!
Remember that you may not graduate before finishing the Erasmus Period abroad or before receiving academic recognition for studying abroad. If you wish to graduate shortly after the predicted end date, you must finish your mobility period at least one month before the predicted graduation date and you must inform in good time both the Servizio Relazioni Internazionali – Mobilità internazionale and the relevant Erasmus coordinator.
