Fee Waivers 2020-21

In order to strengthen the presence of international students and foster the creation of an ever more global community, the University of Pavia is awarding 100 tuition fee waivers providing exemption from the payment of university tuition fees to foreign students enrolling in degree programmes in the 2020/2021 academic year.

EDiSU Scholarships

Each year, the government agency EDiSU publishes scholarship announcements. Recipients are selected based on academic regularity, merit, and financial situation. The scholarship consists of monetary contribution and services, which can include: a free meal/day at the canteens, exemption from paying the 3rd fee installment, and free accommodation in an EDiSU college. The grant amount depends on students' economic condition and geographical origin.
If the benificiary is a student with disabilities, an amount of the scholarship can be converted into specialised equipment and teaching materials etc.

Educations.com Scholarship 

Educations.com is offering a scholarship of up to €5000 to help cover tuition fees. It is open to students from any country who will be studying a Master’s degree abroad at a European university or graduate school. The scholarship is for the fall/autumn semester 2020 with applications opening on 8th April 2020 and closing on 13th April 2020.

Invest Your Talent in Italy


The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs programme ‘Invest your Talent in Italy’ offers scholarships to international students from: Azerbaijan, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Iran, Ghana, Kazakhstan, Mexico, People’s Republic of China, Tunisia, Turkey, and Vietnam.
The scholarship provides a full or partial fee exemption and is compatible with 3 courses at the University of Pavia: International Business and Entrepreneurship; Electronic Engineering; and Economics, Finance and International Integration.
The programme also includes a 3-4 month internship in an Italian company and an Italian language course.
Applications are being accepted until 27th February 2020.

Grants for Foreign Citizens and Italian Citizens Living Abroad Awarded by the Italian government
The Italian Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation offers grants in favor of foreign citizens not residing in Italy and Italian citizens living abroad to pursue study, training, or research programs at Italian Higher Education Institutes.
