Determination of tuition fee for EU students wherever residing and Non-EU students residing regularly in Italy

EU students wherever residing and Non-EU students residing regularly in Italy can require the tuition fee adjusted to their family’s financial situation.

TUITION FEE ADJUSTED TO FAMILY’S FINANCIAL SITUATION
Student with total incomes earnt and immovable/movable assets in Italy:
can have the tuition fee adjusted only by I.S.E.E 2020 for university use. Student must give the authorization in Student Portal (Benefit section) between 1st July 2020 and 23rd October 2020. Only in this way could University obtain the I.S.E.E from the data base of INPS, the authority which issues I.S.E.E. Without this step student will be subject to pay the maximum fee.

Student with mixed incomes and immovable/movable assets (family income earnt both in Italy and in another country):
can ask to calculate the tuition fee according to his/her family’s financial situation submitting the following documents to university’s Tax Office (book an appointment here) and giving also the authorization in Student Portal (Benefit section) within 23rd October 2020:
- total family’s income of year 2019 earnt abroad;
- family’s composition;
- property certificate with clear indication in square meters abroad;
- movable assets of student’s family by 31st Dec. 2019 abroad;
- I.S.E.E 2019 for university use;




Students with total incomes earnt and immovable/movable assets abroad
:
can ask to calculate the tuition fee according to his/her family’s financial situation submitting the following documents to university’s Tax Office (book an appointment here) within 23rd October 2020:
- total family’s income of year 2019 earnt abroad;
- family’s composition;
- property certificate with clear indication in square meters abroad;
- movable assets of student’s family by 31st Dec. 2019 abroad;

Please note that except the I.S.E.E, all the above-mentioned documents must be translated into Italian and legalized by the Italian diplomatic authority in the country/region where the documents are produced. Student who does not submit any document for recalculation will pay the maximum fee.

STUDENT WHO APPLIES FOR BENEFITS OFFERED BY EDISU
Student with total incomes earnt and immovable/movable assets in Italy: EDISU will not forward the submitted I.S.E.E to University. In order to get the tuition fee adjusted, student must give the authorization in Student Portal (Benefit section) between 1st July 2020 and 23rd October 2020. Only in this way could University obtain the I.S.E.E from the data base of INPS, the authority which issues I.S.E.E.
