Career Service: Training and Working Abroad

The service was established under the name "EU Placement" within the National Civil Service framework.
It is the result of a merger of two offices, namely the Erasmus Office and the Career Guidance Service. 
It is now an integrated service within the Career Service - Centro Orientamento Universitario.

It aims to help all undergraduate and graduate students of the University of Pavia find internships and jobs abroad. Therefore, it works towards improving students’ and postgraduates’ mobility opportunities in the European Union and beyond.

• To help students find suitable positions abroad;
• To create a network of contacts throughout European and international labour markets.

Services for students and graduates

Structured web services: a website with specific links and solutions to common problems and a bulletin board on-line and, off-line, collecting the best internship and job offers from the Internet or from foreign partner companies. Moreover, the service services exclusive to students and graduates of the University of Pavia.

Services for foreign Entreprises and institutions

In order to manage careers guidance in an international environment, the service works on enhancing relationships with overseas companies and publishes a selection of jobs/traineeships on the website.
